The working principle of magnetic levitation blower
Author:
The magnetic levitation blower is directly driven by a high-speed motor, and the speed is regulated by a frequency converter. Using the active magnetic levitation bearing system, the internal rotating magnetic levitation bearing is supported by contactless and wear-free levitation through controlled electromagnetic force, and the magnetic levitation bearing is directly connected to the impeller with zero transmission loss, so as to achieve the effect of successfully conveying gas without wear and tear, low noise, and no lubrication inside the machine.
The function of the magnetic levitation bearing is to levitate the rotating shaft. It detects the position signal of the rotor through the built-in position sensor, sends this signal to the magnetic levitation bearing controller for conditioning, calculation and amplification to get the control current, and then inputs this control current to the magnetic bearing to produce controlled suction force to the rotor, thus realizing the levitation of the rotor.
The function of the synchronous permanent magnet motor is to drive the rotation of the rotor shaft. It generates alternating current with adjustable frequency through frequency conversion power supply, and feeds this alternating current into the motor stator to produce rotating magnetic field, which drives the rotor shaft to rotate at high speed.
The function of the fan is to realize the air blowing. The impeller, which rotates at high speed together with the rotor, drives the air to enter from the inlet of the volute, and the air becomes a gas with certain flow rate and pressure under the guiding and pressurizing effect of the worm shell, and finally blows out from the outlet of the volute, which realizes the air blowing of the fan.
