The main components include four parts: high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, magnetic levitation bearing, permanent magnet synchronous motor and special inverter. This type of fan adopts integrated design, and its high-speed motor, inverter, magnetic levitation bearing and microprocessor control panel are all designed and integrated in one, the core of which is magnetic levitation bearing and permanent magnet motor technology.

(1) High-speed centrifugal impeller. The impeller adopts ternary flow theory design and parameter optimization to maximize impeller efficiency and wide working area; its material is made of high-strength forged aluminum or titanium alloy, with strong resistance to deformation; it is precisely processed by CNC machining center, with better anti-corrosion performance. After the national fluid laboratory experts measured the highest efficiency of the impeller working point up to 85%.

(2) High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. Permanent magnets are installed on the main shaft of the motor to ensure the magnetic properties of the main shaft. The coil wound by the stator silicon steel sheet of the motor generates oscillating magnetism, and the speed and oscillating magnetic field are kept in line during the operation to achieve synchronization. The permanent magnet motor adopts magnetic levitation bearing, which has the characteristics of no mechanical friction, low noise, low vibration and long life, and the maximum speed can reach 50,000r/min.

(3) Magnetic levitation bearing. By controlled electromagnetic suction, the rotating shaft is steadily levitated, and the shaft is not subject to any mechanical resistance during rotation, so it is highly efficient, wear-free, maintenance-free, no lubricating oil required, and the sold air never contains oil.

(4) Motor intelligent control system. Magnetic levitation blower generally adopts vectorless frequency conversion control, using the method of adjusting the frequency to control the rotation of the permanent magnet motor, and then control the flow of the blower to meet a variety of working conditions. Intelligent control system can predict the wheeze and achieve local control, and the equipment is installed with GPRS system can achieve remote monitoring and data transmission.
